Watching Sports...

While I was never one to participate in sports while growing up, I have developed a genuine fondness of watching them whether it be a live event or TV game. Some might say that my career in the athletics field may have had something to do with that or maybe the fact that both of my children were high school and college athletes. Maybe it is because my children continue to be involved in the sports arena as one is a coach and one takes on personal sports goals. Maybe it is because I can share in the excitement of a Mets game with the Mr. as he follows his favorite boyhood team. Sometimes he will reminisce about watching the Mets with his Mom when he was a young boy living back East. Maybe it's because I truly enjoy taking in games so that I can be with the Mr. I ask tons of questions, and he is gracious to answer them all. I learn from the Mr. that way and I like it!
