Loud Talkers

Do people that talk loud think they are more important than the average Joe? I have worked with individuals who cannot speak with an "inside" voice and their personality is such that it screams, "look at me, I am in charge, and I am more important than you"! The truth is, they are not in charge and we are all on the same level of importance. What's up with that?
And while we are on the subject, I really dislike people who talk on their cellphones while standing in lines for all to hear. It's like they are sooooooo darn important that the call can't wait until they are out of the building!
