Changing Lanes...

I bought a new pair of cheap sunglasses while in Florida recently. I actually like them and they were only 6 bucks! As I travel to work everyday heading east, I find they are a necessary item on at least sunny days. The only problem I have with them is that they create a huge blind spot when I am looking over my shoulder to change lanes or merge. The solution is to pull them down low on my nose as I prepare to change or merge. It's a royal pain in the butt! Am I the only one with this problem? Advice please....
